A STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTION AND QUANTITY OF VIP-ENERGIC NERVE IN THE ATRIOVENTRICULAR NODE REGION OF RAT HEART

摘要 用免疫组织化学方法结合图像分析和放射免疫测定研究了大鼠心房室结(AVN)区血管活性肠肽(VIP)的分布和含量,发现房室结区不仅含有VIP神经纤维而且含有VIP神经细胞.结果提示AVN的VIP能神经可能在房室传导等心功能调节中起重要作用. The distribution and quantity of VIP-energic nerves in the atrioventricular node (AVN) region of the rat heart was investigated by immunohistochemistry, imagy analysis and radioimmunoassay. It was found that there were not only VIP-IR nerve fibers, but also neurons in the AVN region. The results suggest that endogenous VIP may play an important role in the regulation of heart function involved the atrioventricular conduction.
