左精索静脉的X线解剖及其临床意义

The X-Ray Anatomy and Clinical Significance of the Left Spermatic Vein

对10例尸体20侧精索静脉的解剖和30例X线造影观察,将左精索内静脉(ISV)的X线解剖分为六个基本类型。0型(静脉瓣正常型)占6.7％,I型(I型)占46.7％;Ⅱ型(Y型)占26.7％;Ⅲ型(H型)占13.3％;Ⅳ型(主干分叉型)占3.3％,V型(反F型)占3.3％。其中0～I型为正常X线解剖,占53.3％;Ⅱ～Ⅴ型为解剖变异占46.7％。认为ISV曲张症的栓塞治疗应因型而异。

The anatomic analysis of spermatic veins were carried out by 30 cases of spermatic venography and disection on 20 spermatic veins of 10 cadavers. After close obser- vation, 6 basic types of left internal spermatic veins were obtained on roentgenologic anatomy: 0 type (normal valvular type) 6.7%, 1 type 46.7%, 2 type (Y type) 26.7%. 3 type (H type) 13.3%, 4 type (main stem bifurcation type)3.3%, 5,type (inverse F type) 3.3%. 0-1 types were considered as normal 53.3%, 2-5 types were of normal varients 46.7%. The choice of embolization treatment for internal spermatie varicosities should be varied with different types.
