摘要
在一连续反应-蒸馏装置中采用自制的一种固体酸催化剂进行了醋酸乙酯的反应研究。催化剂在反应条件下显示了很高的活性和良好的选择性,所得粗酯产品与传统的以H_2SO_4为催化剂的连续反应-蒸馏工艺所得产品的质量完全相同。由于催化段出口物的酯含量比传统工艺的蒸发混合物的酯含量要高。分馏相对比较容易进行,因此能耗比传统工艺有所降低,连续运转一个多月的试验表明:催化剂具有很好的稳定性和寿命。
Abstract In a continuous reaction-distillating sys-tem ,the process of producing ethyl acetate from esterification of acetic acid with ethanol catalysted by solid acid has been investigated. Tt is showed that this process is possible , the catalyst which prepared by ourself has high activity and selectivity in the reaction condi-tions. This pocess has advantage over the pro-cess which is catalysed by sulphuric acid in re-ducing set corrosion, decreasing energy cost and not producing by-product . It is resulted from one month’s processing that the catalyst has good stability and is ling-lived.
