从二次母液中回收乳酸的研究

STUDY ON RECOVERY LACTIC ACID FRoM SECOND MOTHER LIQUOR

采用发酵法结晶工艺生产乳酸，清液经浓缩结晶回收乳酸钙晶体，分离去除的液体称为二次母液。二次母液因杂质多，其中所含乳酸钙在常规工艺下难以结晶，而在适宜的条件下，则能析出白色晶体，回收部分乳酸。

Abstract The second mother liquor is treated atsuitable conditions to destroy the system ofcolloidal state. Then , the selected catalyst isused to process and the white calcium lactatecrystalline solid is obtained.The yield of lacticacid can increase by 10.9%。
