摘要
异氰脲酸三环氧丙酯(Ⅰ)与高级脂肪酸(Ⅱ)及2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(Ⅲ)在催化剂作用下,分两步反应合成了两种高分子量的紫外线吸收剂UV-981和UV-1009,并对其合成工艺条件进行了探讨。适宜工艺条件为:原料比:Ⅰ∶Ⅱ∶Ⅲ=1∶1∶2,反应温度:80~110℃,反应时间:t-1=3~5h,t_2=5~8h。
Abstract This paper is devoted to the preparationmethod of two new high relative molecularmass ultraviolet absorbers UV-981, UV-1009. In this method,triglycidyl isocyanurea(Ⅰ)reacts with fatty acid(Ⅱ)and 2,4-dihy-droxybenzophenone(Ⅲ).The best synthesisconditions are as follows Ⅰ∶Ⅱ∶Ⅲ=1∶1∶2(mol),reaction time t_1=3~5h,t_2=5~8h,reaction temperature80~110℃.
