摘要
报道了药物中间体４－甲基咪唑的合成方法，研究了以丙酮醛、甲醛及氨水为原料的合成路线，对文献方法作了改进，并用ＤＳＣ、ＩＲ、ＮＭＲ等方法对产物进行了鉴定。
Abstract An improved synthetic method of 4-methyl-imidazole,an intermediate of me-dicines,is reported.After intensive study ofthe approach beginning with pyruvic alde-hvde,formaldehyde and ammonia water,au-thors improved the approach reported beforeand identified the product by methods such asDSC,IR and NMR.
