摘要
研究了淬火温度和晶粒尺寸对27SiMnB钢淬透性的影响。结果表明,27SiMnB钢在900℃左右淬透性最高,淬火温度升高或晶粒尺寸增大都将显著地降低钢的淬透性。
This paper deals with the influence of quenching temperature and grain size on hardenability of 27SiMnB steel. The experimental results showed that 27SiMnB steel quenched at about 900℃ possesses the best hardenability. The higher the quenching temperature and the larg er the grain size, the lower the hardenability.
