摘要
用模拟试验的方法研究了用于大截面塑料模具的P20BSCa预硬易切削塑料模具钢的淬透性。结果表明，该钢具有优异的淬透性，经淬火及回火处理后，截面尺寸为600mm的模块心部硬度可达33HRC以上。可以满足预硬硬度为30～35HRC的大型塑料模具的使用要求。
The hardenability of a free cutting prehardening steel P20BSCa used for large section dies for plastics was 'studied by using a simulation method- The results show that the steel P2oBSCa has excellent hardenability after quenching and tempering,the hardness of the steel in the core of the dies whose diameter is 600mm can reach 33. 5HRC. It can be satisfactorily fitted the requirement of 30~35 HRC large section dies for plastics.
