摘要
以常见铝及其合金为例,进行了卷焊管坯变薄旋压工艺的试验研究,并与离心铸坯和挤压管坯进行了比较。通过L_2和LF_2合金卷焊坯焊缝的可旋性试验,以及L_2、LF_2、LD_2三种材料变薄旋压成形试验,探讨了各自的极限变薄率,从而确定了卷焊坯较为合理的变薄旋压工艺过程。并旋出了符合产品技术条件要求的薄壁管材。
In this paper, the flow spinning process for aluminum alloy coiled and welded tube billet is experimentally and is comparied with extrusion and centrifugal casting tube billet. In spinnability experiment ,It is investigated that is different state. The reasonable flow spinning process is determined and thin walled tube of a large diameter is produced during spinning formation.
