油酸的乳化对萤石浮选影响的工业试验

Commercial Tests of the Influence of Emulsification of Emulsification of Oleic Acid on the Flotation of Fluorite

目前，萤石浮选生产中使用的油酸一般采用滴加原液的方法加入浮选系统，油酸消耗偏高。采用油酸乳化液的方法添加，提高了油酸的作用效果，消耗明显下降，而且还可节省用于分散油酸的搅拌槽，降低电耗。

Abstract Oleic acid used in the production practice of fluorite flotation is added by dropping the original liquid into the flotation system usually,its consumption tends to be a little higher. By using the manner of addition of oleic acid emulsifying liquid,the effect of oleic acid has been improved,and .its consumption has been reduced remarkably. In addition,the agitation tank used for dispersion of oleic acid can be eliminated,and the power consumption can be reduced.
