本文结合桃冲铁矿矿床品位分布不均的特点，分析了生产管理中存在的问题，通过加强生产组织管理与技术管理和采取的可行措施，达到了提高采选技术指标、稳产增产的目的，从而取得了显著的经济效益．

Based on the charactersitics of non-homogeneous ore grade of the deposit of Taochong iron OreMine,this paper analyses some problems about production management previous existed,and points outthat through strengthening of production organization and technological management,as well as some feasible measures,the goals of increased indexes of both mining and mineral processing,as well as consistent improved production output have been achieved and remarkable economical benefits have beenobtained.
