A Feasible Approach to Improving the Economical and Technical Indexes of Baiyunebo Rare-earth Ore Beneficiation

本文依据包钢选矿厂中贫氧化矿系列采用弱磁－强磁－浮选新工艺综合回收白云鄂博矿中稀土的近三年的工业生产实践，讨论了分选粒度、磁场强度、强磁选负荷、稀土浮选浓度等稀土选矿的技术问题，提出了进一步改善稀土选矿经济技术指标的可行途径．

In light of nearly three years industrial production practice of the lean oxide ore processing line ofBaotou iron Steel Company's Concentrator which adopts the new technology of low intensity magneticseparation-high intensity magnetic separation-notation to recover the rare-earth from Baigunebo ore,thepaper discusses the technical problems in rare-earth beneficiation concerning the separation panical size,magnetic field intensity,load of high intensity magnetic separation and pulp density of rare-earth notation,and suggests a feasible way to further improve the technical and economical performances of therare-earth
