摘要
通过新型贝氏体磨球与中锰稀土磨球的工业试验表明，在工艺参数接近的条件下，前者单耗为０．５５ｋｇ／ｔ，后者为０．７１ｋｇ／ｔ。１４个月的工业应用得到与工业试验相同结果，表明贝氏体磨球具有良好的耐磨性能，降耗显著。
Abstract The industtial-scale tests showed that under the condition of approximate technological parameters,the specific consumption of the new type grinding balls of banitic steel was 0.55kg/t while for grinding balls of medium manganese rare-earth alloy, it was 0. 71kg/t.Fourteen-months' industrial application obtained the similar results,which show that banitic steel balls are well wear-resistant which results in remarkable consumption reduction.
