摘要
根据回火参数公式并通过实验制定了W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢机用锯条高温(HH)两次回火和高、低温(HL)两次回火工艺。分析了不同回火工艺对该高速钢组织性能和锯条切削寿命的影响。指出提高回火温度使残余奥氏体转变成的马氏体的碳含量降低,从而使钢的韧性提高,锯条寿命提高。结果表明高温两次回火节能显著,操作简单,值得推广应用。
According to the formula of tempering parameter and after a series of experiments performed,high-high temperature twice (HH)and high-low temperature twice (HL)tempering process for power hacksaw blades made from W9Mo3Cr4V high speed steel were given. The influence of different tempering processes on the structure, the properties and the service life of the hacksaw was analysed. It is suggested that the carbon content of martensite which was transformed from retained austenite is decreased under higher tempering temperature, and consequently high toughness of steel and better service life of the hacksaw sawing were gotten. It is considered that HH tempering process can relatively save energy and be operated easily,so it should be widely used.
