摘要
研究了一种崭新的气体渗碳方法-密封式固体气相渗碳。配制成功了多种固体渗碳剂;设计制作了固体渗碳剂加入装置及护压测量、控制装置。采用这种方法渗碳,不仅价格低廉,而且因渗碳过程中一氧化碳含量保持不变,可以用氧探头进行单参数控制碳势。
In this paper,a brand new gas carburizing technology,sealed solid gas carburizing was established. Carburizing by this technology, the production cost can be reduced notably and the carbon potential can be measured and controlled by oxy-probe,because the content of carbon monoxide can be kept constant during solid carburizing.
