根据滚轮机械除锈钢丝的弹塑性变形过程，推导出拉拔力与滚轮压力的计算公式；分析钢丝通过滚轮时张力增值的条件，研究包角变化对拉拔力的影响．

The article analyzed the elastic and plastic deformation process of steel wire while it was being mechanically eliminated rust by roll,deduced the calculating formulas of drawing force and roll pressure.It also analyzed the tension increment requirement of steel wire while it was passing through the roll,and studied the influence of angle change on drawing force.
