摘要
20CrZNi4A钢由于渗碳层奥氏体十分稳定,无法渗碳后直接淬火,而需经过复杂的热处理。本文采用稀土低温高浓度气体渗碳,使渗层过共析区沉淀析出大量细小弥散的碳化物,奥氏体的稳定性大幅度下降,实现了诊后直接淬火,同时使组织和性能得到进一步改善。
The complicate heat treatment process must be used for the steel 20Cr2Ni4A which contains quite stable austenite in its carburized layer and can't be quenched directly after carburizing. The results of applying the high carbon concentration carburizing process at low temperature with rare earth element to steel 20Cr2Ni4A show that a great deal of fine granular dispersed carbides precipitate in hypereutectoid zone of carburized case while the stability of austenite decreases remarkably and so the direct quenching process can be applied after carburizing. Thus the microstructure and properties can be improved furtherly.
