摘要
应用激光淬火强化技术控制长轴的淬火变形,分析了激光淬火变形的原因和影响因素。研究结果表明,激光淬火不仅可使长轴振摆变形量控制在很小的范围内,而且可将已变形的长轴校直到很高的精度。
In this paper the application of laser hardening technology in controlling the distortion of the long shaft is discussed. The cause and influencing factors of laser hardening distortion are analysed. In the test the law of laser hardening distortion was found and applied to straighten the distorted long shafts. The test results show that laser hardening not only can control the deflection of long shaft to a very small degree but also the distorted long shaft can be straightened up to a very high accuracy.
