摘要
不论镀态下的化学镀Ni-B合金是晶态或非晶态,加热时都会析出Ni_3B相。经低温处理的镀层硬度高、脆性大,磨损严重,磨损机理为剥落和磨粒磨损。经高温处理的镀层硬度较低,磨损量较小,为粘着和磨粒磨损。加热温度为500℃时,硬度和延展性达到良好配合,耐磨性最好,为单一的磨粒磨损。
No matter electroless Ni- B alloy as-deposited is crystalline or amorphous,Ni_3 B phase will be precipitated when the alloy is heated.After lower temperature heating peeling and abrasive wear will take place,and hardness,brittleness and wear vofume will be larger.After higher temporature heating adhesive and abrasive will occur and hardness and wear volume will be smaller.There will be only abrasive wear after 500℃heating and the optimum wcar resistance is acquired because coating hardness is in concordance with its ductility.
