摘要
研究了不同氢含量、应变速率条件下15MnVN钢氢致硬化和氢致软化现象。试验证实,氢的存在首先造成氢致硬化,而当塑性变形开始后又导致氢致软化。这一作用受钢中氢偏聚控制,并受应变速率的诱导作用。氢的存在对钢的抗拉强度无明显影响。
Hydrogen-induced hardening and softening of steel 15MnVN were studied under the condition s of various hydrogen content and strain rate. The results show that the existence of hydrogen will cause hydrogen-induced hardening when plastic deformation begins, and thereafter,the hydrogen-induced softening wili be resulted in.The hardening and softening behavior are controlled by hydrogen atom motion and enrichment,and the softening behavfor is also induced by strain rate. The existence of bydrogen do not affect the ultimate strength of medium strength steel.
