摘要
研究了无氧铜UT2在不同变形状态后经210℃×2h处理,采用天然单晶金刚石刀具对其进行超精切削加工时,材料的组织、硬度与残余应力对表面质量如反射率、面型精度、表面粗糙度及激光损伤阈值的影响。结果表明,变形率为60%经再结晶退火后所形成的细小、均匀等轴晶粒的UT2超精切削后表面质量最好。
OFHC under different deformation condition and treated by 210℃×2hannealing is ultraprecisely machined by single pointdiamond tool.Factors such as structure,hardness of the material and surface residual stress,affecting surface quality as reflectivity,form accuracy, surface roughness and laser damage threshold value were studied.It is found that after(60%)cold deformation and recrystallization annealing,the UT2 with fine, uniform and equiaxial grains is the best.
