摘要
利用伴随相变的热弹塑性本构方程及热传导方程,推导了计算热处理过程瞬态温度场和内应力的有限元列式。利用一组不同温度水平下的高温拉伸实验来确定本构方程中的材料参数及其随温度的变化。依据上述理论及数据预报了1Cr13钢圆柱体在淬火过程中的瞬时内应力和残余应力分布。残余应力计算值与实验测定值比较,结果令人满意。
the finite element formula for calculating the internal stress and instantaneous temperature field is put forward in the basis of thermoelastoplastic constitution equation and heat conduction equation . the material parameters and its variation with temperature aer deternuned by a series of tensile testing at different temperature,and the instantaneous internal stress and residual stress of 1 Cr13 steel cylinder specimen during quenching are calculated as an example .results are results are in good agreement the experimental results.
