The microalloyin g M13 with V and Ti,and precipitation heat treatment arestudied in the present paper.The result shows that a iot of regular V、Ti inclusions isfound in the as casting. There is no obvious effect of heat treatment on the type,shape size,quantity and distribution of inclusions,however, through precipitation heat treatmentfor Mn13 steel microalloyed,the dispersive nitrocarbide of V、Ti are obtained。Therefore,the wear resistance of the steel is increased.
