摘要
置换溶质原产可以以溶质原子-空位复合体形式扩散,这一扩散机制可以圆满的说明非平衡偏聚现象发生的规律,密排晶体中溶质原子的异常快速扩散现象,B在γ-Fe中快速扩散和晶界非平衡偏聚,溶质原子在Al表面空位坑中的聚集以及Si在Al晶界处析出等问题.
Substitutional solute atoms are believed to difuse by means of solute atom-vacancy complexes.This mechanism could be used to explain some phenomena very well such as:the rule for occurring of non-equilibrium segregation,the anomalously fast diffusion phenomena of solute atoms,the boron's fast diffusion and non-equilibrium segregation of grain-boundary in γ-Fe,the segregation of solute atoms in vacancy-pits on aluminium surface and the precipitation of silicon in the grain-boundary of aluminium.
