摘要
研究了由γ+γ'相组成的Ni3Al(B)-Cr基合金在Mg,RE复合微合金化后的室温拉伸性能。发现Mg,RE的微合金化并不降低合金的屈服强度,但明显细化其γ'相,其形态也由粗大的块状转变为均匀的球状。合金的延伸率提高了约20%。
The tensile properties of two-phase (γ+γ') Ni_3Al(B)-Cr base alloys containing Zr, Mg and RE have been studied. Experiments show that Ni_3Al(B)-Cr-Mg-RE alloy as compared with Ni_3Al(B)-Cr-Zr alloy, the yield strength does not decrease, the mopohology is changed from bulky irregular γ'- phases to fine spherical γ'- phases and the percentage of elongation is increased about 20%.
