摘要
在500℃下热暴露100h以上时,K_2O·8TiO_2晶须与ZL109铝基体金属发生界面反应生成了新相Ti_7Al_5Si_(12),随着热暴露时间的延长,反应产物增多,热循环比热暴露更明显地促进了界面反应。在所有的状态下,这种晶须与基体之间都存在TiO过渡层。
A new phase, Ti_7Al_5Si_12.was found along interfaces between K_2O ·8TiO_2 whisker and ZL109 matrix of the composite under thermal exposure over 500 ℃for 100 h,and it might increase with prolonging the exposure time or thermal cycles.The tharmalexposure is more remarkable to accelerate the interfacial reaction than cycling.A transitionallayer between whiskers and matrix is observed under all conditions.
