分析了控制绳重的意义；对６×１９Ｓ＋ＦＣ结构钢绳研究表明：股在绳中的捻缩率与钢绳捻距倍数之间、丝在股中的捻缩率与股捻距倍数之间存在隐含的、可用数理方法获得的数学关系式；给出了丝在钢绳中捻缩率的计算公式；得到了钢绳中丝含量的理论计算公式．

This article analysed meaning of controlling rope weight. According to research on the construction of 6×19S+FC wire rope,it shows that there is a relation between the strand's contraction percentage of length and rope's lay multiple and the wire's contraction percentage of length and strand's lay multiple.It can be obtained by means of mathematical method.It gives the formula of caculating wire's contraction percentage of length in a rope' There for it also gives caculation formula of the weight of wire in a rope.
