The paper introduces a boiler for recovering and utilizing surplus heat from steel wire heat treatment muffle furnace and a successful practice in steel wire sur face treatment production line; meanwhile the surplus heat reclamation technology has been analyzed and reviewed systematically, for synthetical transformation of the steel wire heat treatment ptoduction line with coal-burning and excavation capacity and increase benefit of the enterprise have been explored beneficially.
