摘要
在深入研究电解法合成二硫化四甲基秋兰姆原理的基础上,提出了合成该产品的逆流电解法。该法可使电流效率提高到80%以上,直流电耗降至950~1000kw/t。
Based on the principle of synthesizing tetramethyl thiuram disulfide(TMTD) by electrolysis,a countercur-rrent-electrolysis method for synthesizing TMTD has been put forward. According to this way,the current efficiency can increased to>80% and DC power consumption can be reduced to 950~1000kwh/t.
