摘要
对丙烯酸高碳醇酯—马来酸酐—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(AA—MA—VA)的合成方法,及其对原油降凝减粘效果进行了研究。着重考察了它对胜利—中原原油流变性能的影响。结果表明,当添加量为0.1%时,原油凝固点下降12℃,表观粘度下降60.6%(30℃),屈服值下降78.6%。说明在胜利—中原原油中加入AA—MA—VA化学降凝剂后其降凝减粘和流变性能改善效果显著。
The synthetic method of higher alkyl acrylates-maleic anhydide-vinyl acetate copolymer (AA-MA-VA)and its effects on pour point depression and viscosity reduction of crude oil especially on the rheological properties of Shengli-Zhongyuan crude oil were studied. The results are as follows:its pour point lowered by 12℃ .apparent viscosity lowered by 60. 6% and yield stress lowered by 78. 6% at 30℃ (Adding 0.1% AA-MA-VA to Shengli-Zhongyuan crude oil). These showed that the copolymer of AA-MA-VA is effective against Shengli-Zhongyuan crude oil.
