脂肪一步催化氨化制备脂肪腈的研究——(一)催化剂部分 被引量:3

摘要 描述了脂肪一步氨化制脂肪睛的新方法。重点考察了催化剂制备方法对反应活性的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,催化剂以十二烷基苯磺酸根为阴离子时,阳离子选铅较好;催化剂制备温度70℃最好;老化和干燥温度略低。 A new method for manufacturing fatty nitriles by catalytic ammoniation of fatty giycerides was introduced. The influence of catalyst preparation conditions on activity was investigated. The results indicated that lead as cation in catalyst is appropriate when the anion is dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid radical,and when thepreparing temperature of catalyst is 70℃ and ageing and drying temperature is lower,it is of great advantage to activity.
