氧化苯乙烯液相催化重排合成苯乙醛的研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了氧化苯乙烯液相重排合成苯乙醛的方法,考察了催化剂及其用量、溶剂和反应时间等因素对苯乙醛产率的影响.试验结果表明,在SAS-2固体酸催化剂存在下,催化剂投料为氧化苯乙烯重量的15%,反应物与溶剂环已烷的体积比为1:8,苯乙醛产率可达98.2%. Synthetic method of phenylacetaldehyde was studied by liquid phase rearrangment from styrene oxide. The influences of catalysts and their amount, solvent and reaction time on the yield of phenylacetaldhyde were also investigated. Experimental results indicated that when the amount of SAS-2 solid acid catalyst is 15% of styrene oxide (weight), ratio of reactant to cyclohexane solvent is 1 : 8 (volume) ,the yield of phenylacetaldehyde is above 98.2%.
