摘要
本文分析了湖南丘陵山区气象灾害分布规律，并对充分利用有利的地形地貌特点，合理布局林业生产，趋利避害，减灾对策等进行了论述。
The
distributive pattern of climatic disasters in the hill and upland areas of Hunan Province is studifed.
Suggestions are made in relation to rational use of the favorable landforms to plan forestry
activities and minifmize the loss from climatic disasters.
