摘要
本文分析4个银杏品种种子中的氨基酸成分和微量元素的含量。其中含有人体所必需的12种营养元素,氨基酸的总含量高达5.53%─9.06%。
The constituents of amino acids and the contents
of microelements in the seed offour ginkgo cultivars, Ginkgo biloba,were determined.Twelve
nutrient elements were present which are indispensable to human health.The total content of
amino acids amounted to as muchas 5. 53─9.06%. It was concluded that the ginkgo seed is a
valuable nut with rich nutrition andgood medical effect.
