薄荷油对小白鼠终止妊娠作用的初步观察

Effect of mentha oil on termination of preegnancy in mice

本文报道两种不同给药途径的薄荷油对小白鼠终止妊娠作用的初步观察结果:于孕d_6,将4μl薄荷油或橄榄油分别注入右侧宫角,左侧宫角不给药,于孕d_(11)剖检。给薄荷油侧与橄榄油侧宫角妊娠终止率分别为100%与41. 67％,差别显著。于孕d_4～10,各组分别肌注薄荷油一次,于孕d_(11)剖检。薄荷油不同剂量皆有一定抗着床与抗早孕作用,作用强度随剂量增加,0. 035ml/只,抗着床率达100％。终止妊娠的原因可能是子宫收缩加强,也不能排除蜕膜组织等的直接损伤。

The effect of mentha oil given by different routes on termination of early pregnancy was observed in mice.Mentha oil (olive oil for the control group) was given intrauterinely on day 6 of pregnancy, and the mice were killed on day 11 of pregnancy.It was observed that early pregnancy in the horn into which mentha oil was given was terminated, with a termination rate of 100%, while it was only 41.76%in the control group.Besides, different doses of mentha oil were injected intramuscularly once daily on day 4 to day 10 of pregnancy. The result showed that implantation was significantly inhibited in all of these three groups, and the effect was dependent upon the dosage. The antiimplan-tatory effect of mentha oil and termination of early pregnancy were probably the result of uterine contraction.Of course, the possibility of direct damage te the decidua can not be excluded.
