发展城镇集体经济的几点思考

Some thinkings about developing cities and towns' collective economy

本文通过对我国城镇集体所有制经济发展的历史回顾和所有制、所有权及城镇集体经济的本质属性的理性思考，论证了城镇集体所有制经济在我国社会主义现阶段作为公有制经济的具体实现形式之一，需要得到进一步发展的必然趋势，作者认为，在当前．更应大力发展合秋、合作、股份合作制，以适应建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求。

This thesis proves the inexorable trend of further developing cities and towns' collective economy as one of the specific realizing forms of our public economy at present stage of our socialism based on looking back its development history and rational reflections on the nature of ownership, ownership rights and cities and towns' collective economy.
