摘要
作者认为，完整的现代企业制度就其主要内涵特征来说，可以概括为：产权明晰、责权清楚、利益明确、政企分开、平等竞争、科学管理、相互制衡、法制约束这８个方面，３２个字。现代企业制度创新涉及到以产权制度为核心的企业组织制度、领导制度、用工制度、分配制度、财务制度、监督制度、生产指挥制度和保障制度等一整套制度体系，因此，不可能一蹴而就。对于我国的大多数企业来说，进行现代企业制改造将是一个长期的、复杂的、甚至是一个痛苦的过程。要有充分的思想准备。
The author holds that the main contents and characteristics of a complete modern enterprise system can be summerized as following 8 aspects, i. e, 32 words: distinct property rights, clear responsibilities and rights, explicit interests, separate governments from enterprises, fair competition, scientific management. restricting each other and law binding.Bringing forth new ideas in modern enterprise system deals with all the system contained by enterprise organizational system, leadership system and so on, which core is the property rights system, and therefore, it can't be accomplished in one move. As China's most enterprises, transforming into modern firm system will undergo a long, complex and even painful process, and we should have enough ideological preparation for this
