去年以来，西方各国经济的不平衡性异常突出。与此同时，西方国家在货币政策的理论依据、运作工具与操纵方式上，也作了根本性调整，推行了２０年之久的货币主义政策已为美、英所正式放弃。这一调整有利于经济复苏，但要真正取得成效，尚待各国从各自经济症结出发锐意整治。

Abstract Conspicuous disequilibrium in economy of Western countries are manifested since last year. Accordingly the Western countries have made radical readjustments in their theortical basis,functioning tools and opreational modes of moetray policy,and monetarism uphld for 20 years has been discarded by the united states and the united Kingdom. This readjustment is helpful to the recovery of econmy but authentic achievements awaiting the cure of their respective economic weak points.
