试论中国大陆地区经济之不均衡发展

Trial Comment on Disequilibrium Development of Regional Economies in China Mainland

实行经济改革以来，大陆地区经济发展呈现不均衡状态。发展滞后地区不是由于生产要素的未能配合，就是因为缺乏生产与市场的密切结合。如果各地区经济发展差距愈益增大，将不利于整个大陆经济的发展。促进大陆地区经济均衡发展，宜采行跳跃式发展策略，即利用内地具有发展潜力的城市，使其形成和发挥扩展效应，但这要以引进外资为条件，并且政府必须发挥其主导作用。

Abstract Since the start of economic reform, the economic development of mainland emerges in a state of disequilibrium. The causes for the delayed areas of development are either the dislocation of productive elements or the lack of close combination of production and market. Should the gap of development between areas become largerand larger, it will jeopardize the overall economic development of mainland. It is advisable to take a developmental tactics of leap pattern,namely,to make use of inland cities with developmental potentials to form and unleash expanding effects,under the conditions of introducing foreign funds and the governments must play a leading role.
