用市场方法建设社会主义，表明中国大陆进入了一个崭新的历史时期。构建社会主义市场经济体制，既要充分引进和利用市场经济的＂共性＂机制，又要从我国实际出发实行制度创新。总之，要使市场经济的组织、机制与社会主义基本制度相结合。改革实践已经证明，市场与社会主义是能够兼容的，需要考虑的问题是；如何使二者的＂兼容度＂最大增强。在建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中还必须大力加强社会主义精神文明建设，以形成支撑社会主义市场经济体制的精神支柱。

Abstract To establish socialist economic system by means of market marks China mainland is entering a brand new of historic epoch. While establishing socialist market economic system, it is necessary to fully introduce and utilize the economic mechanism of 'common property'and at the same time to make systematic renovation in accordance with the practicals of our country. In a word,it is imperative to combine the organization and mechanism of market economy with the fundamental system of socialism. It has been proved in the practices of reform that market and socialism are compatible and the important question is how to maximumize the compatibility of both. Also, in the course of establishing socialist market economic system, it is necessary to establish spiritual culture with great strength to form the spiritual pillar supporting the socialist market economic system.
