摘要
观察分析了指压推拿委中承山等穴位治疗１７７例腰腿痛患者的镇痛治疗效果，并分组作了指压前后血流图、微循环、心功能、诱发电位的动态测试．结果显示，穴位指压推拿治疗腰腿痛的镇痛有效率为８３．６１％；但影响因素较多．其镇痛机制可能与改善病痛部位的微环境有关．
e observed the analgesic curative effect of acupuncture point finger pressing
on wcizhong(委中)and chengsan(承山)in l7 cases of lumbocrural pain,and made dynamic test
in groups onhoemodromogram,microcirculation,mechanocardiognaphy,apinal somatosensory
evoked potential be- fore and after finger pressing. The results indicated tha teffective rate of
analgesia by finger pressingis 83.6%while there are many influential factors.One of the
analgesic mechanism was strongly re-ated to microcirculation in improved lumbocrural pain.
