摘要
本文报道了采用音频电治疗劳损性腰痛６５例，效果满意。重点总结了提高疗效的５项措施，主要包括电流量、治疗时间、电极的选择、对新出现疼痛的“跟踪追击”和确定最佳治疗部位。指出下腰部及骶棘肌髂骨附着部治疗的重要意义。

curredt;sufficient unit of time appiled at each therapy; selection of proper electrode; care for
follow-uptreatment at new aideof creative pain and sure of optimum therapeutic location. It is
more significant that lower lumbarregion and areas of illiospinal muscle adjacent to pelvic
crest were noted to be an important locations for therapeuticapplication.
