腰椎间盘突出症患者步态观察与分析

The Gait Observation and Analysis on the Person who Suffersfrom Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Gomg

运用频闪摄影计算机图象分析方法观察分析了９例腰椎间盘突出症的步态运动，并与正常人进行了对比。结果发现，患者整个步态周期延长，患肢站立相延长、摆动相相对缩短。患肢髂膝踝水平与垂直位移范围减小、速度变慢，这些变化可为评定病痛程度与治疗效果提供重要参考。
