摘要
沿体中线顶部中央延长线上不能变换头位的布袋（兜）的牵引已沿用百余年。因不能随病情变换头位，故效果欠佳。可调式颈椎牵引固定器系把牵引与固定二者结合一身的器具，且能随病情变换十种头位，治疗效果总有效率达到９６．１％。经过病例完整的随访８８１例，复发者仅占１２．１％。
The Glisson`s sling along the
middle head line had been used for than one hundred years, Its effect was very low because it
could not change patient head position during traction.The adjustable apparatus on traction and
fixation had been made in our hospital since 1984. It could change head position in 10 directions.
The total clinical efficiency was 96.1%after 881cases followed up. Onlyl2.1% cases suffered from
the disease again after they did hand work.
