摘要
本文报告脊柱结核伴巨大脓肿病灶清除术后残腔采用持续冲洗治疗１２０例，取得良好疗效。经平均５．５年的随访，优良１１５例，总有效率９５．９％。介绍了病灶清除术后残腔持续冲洗的方法，在讨论中与其他残腔处理方法作了对比分析，认为本疗法效果肯定，简单易行，优于其他处理方法。
The paper reported 120 cases of spinal tuberculosis with huge abscess forming,treat-ed with focal cleaning and persistent postoperative drain,A resuIt from the follow-up survey of average5. 5 years showed that the total effective rate was 95.9%, and 5 cases was recured. Authors discussedthe method and compared with others used for management of residual cavity. The method was consis-dered a better one with such stroilg points as easy operation and good effect.
