巨大肾积水32例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 32 CA8ES WITH GIANT HYDRONEPHROSIS

本文报道超过１０００ｍｌ的巨大肾积水３２例。一次手术治愈２８例，二次手术治愈４例。对１３例保留积水肾者进行１～５年的随访，积水肾功能均有不同程度恢复。作者对本病积水程度、积水原因、肾功能的了解及术后功能恢复情况的预测提出了较详细的意见。并对治疗进行了讨论。

The paper reported 32 cases of giant hydronephrosis with over 1000 ml water. 28cases were cured after a surgery and 4 cured through surgical operations twice. Out of those 13 caseswho were kept the affected kidney have been followed up for 1-5years and found recovered to someextent in renal function. Authors made d lscusslon on the extent and cause of hydronephrosis,predic-tion on postoporative recovery of renal function , and its treatment。
