摘要
本文报告具有临床、Ｘ线及病理诊断的小儿组织细胞增生症Ｘ２７例。其中Ｉ型，相当以往勒－雪综合征１６例；Ⅱ型，相当于以往勒－雪综合证与韩－薛－柯综合征之间的中间型５例；Ⅲ型，相当于以往韩－薛－柯综合征６例。主要临床表现为皮疹，发热，肝脾肿大，骨及肺损害。并对其发病情况、诊断与治疗进行了讨论。

typeⅡe-qual to mediaI type between the two diseases。 Skin rash, fever.enlargement of liver
and spleen as wellas damage of lung and bone were the major manifestations of the
disease,Diagnosis and treatment ofthe disease have been djscussed in this article.
