Clinical Anatomy of pancreatic Veins

在50具成人尸体上观察研究了胰腺静脉。胰头、胰颈的静脉血由胰十二指肠上下静脉和胰颈静脉引流。胰体下1/3由胰下静脉引流;上2/3由5～10条小静脉引流入脾静脉。胰尾多见1～4条小静脉,大都汇入脾静脉。胰腺静脉均汇入门静脉系。文中对胰腺静脉的临床应用进行了探讨。

Dessection of 50 specimans revealed the following typical venous arrangement. The head and neck of the pancreas are drained by superior,inferior pancreaticoduodenal veins and pancreatic cervical vein. The veins of inferior 1/3 of the body run to inferior pancreatic vein,the superior 2/3 of the body are collected by 5-10 small veins into splenic vein. The tail of the pancreas is drained by 1-4 v. caudae pancreatis, which also runs into splenic vein. The venous blood of the whole pancreas drains into portal venous system ultimately. This article also discussed the clinical significance of the pancreatic veins.
