哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤的手术治疗（附一例报告并文献复习）

Surgical treatrnent of the dumbbell-shaped trigeminal neurinoma:case report with review of the literature

报道一例跨越颅中窝与颅后窝之间呈哑铃形生长的三叉神经鞘瘤。采用颞下一经小脑幕入路，行显微手术一期全切，疗效满意。复习有关文献，对哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤的外科手术治疗问题进行了讨论。

A case of dumbbell-shaped trigeminal neurinoma extending into both middle and posterior cranialfossae is reported.Total resection in one operation was achieved using microsurgical technique viasubtemporal-transtentorial approach.The surgical result was excellent.The clinical features and surgical ap- proach to the dumbbell-shaped trigeminal neurinomas are discussed with review of the literatures.
