报道特己氧基甲基鳞酸的比色测定法。在水溶液中醋酸铀酞锌、玫瑰精Ｂ和特己氧基甲基膦酸形成有颜色的络合物，可用苯和醋酸乙酯混合溶剂萃取。研究了试剂用量、ｐＨ值和不同萃取溶剂等因素对形成络合物的影响。

A method is descri bed for analy sis of 1,2,2-trimethylpropyl methylphosphonic acid(TMPA),ahydrolysis product of nerve agent soman in aqueous solution. The colour complex was produced when the TMPAreacted with uranium zinc acetate and rhodamine B and was extracted with the mixed solvent of benzene / ethylacetate,4:1(v/v).Several factors such as pH values,solvents and amounts of reagents which might affect theproduction of complex were investigated.
